Follow the next step shown for your account, such as confirming your email or accepting an updated agreement.
Follow your next step
After registration, follow the action shown for your account: confirm your email, submit any required account information, and accept an updated agreement with one tick if one is shown. The steps depend on the roles your account holds.
Teaching access
Adding the teacher role does not by itself give teaching access. The teacher steps are separate and each shows its own state:
- Identity KYC: under review, needs correction, approved or rejected. While it is under review you can prepare your profile, but teaching access is not active yet. If a correction is needed, upload the accepted document again from your account; do not send your ID through chat or public comments.
- Teacher subscription: not enrolled until you choose Basic, click Subscribe and successfully add a payment card. If the card is not added, enrolment is not complete.
Publishing or hosting a QSquad needs approved identity KYC, an enrolled subscription with a saved card and the current teacher terms accepted. Saving a card does not approve identity KYC, and approved KYC does not enrol you in a subscription.
Age and authority
A learner under 18 must register through a valid single-use parent or guardian invitation. From the learner's 18th birthday, independent registration is permitted without that invitation, subject to other account eligibility requirements. A new invited learner is linked to the inviting parent or guardian. Linking an existing account requires the student's approval before parent access is granted.
