What edsoQ Creds are

1 Cred represents AED 1 in reference value. Creds are used for supported edsoQ payments.

The payment value of Creds

edsoQ Creds are the payment credits used for supported transactions within edsoQ. One Cred represents AED 1 in reference value. An AED 100 top-up corresponds to 100 Creds before any separately disclosed charges or adjustments. The former 100-Creds-to-1-AED rewards conversion does not apply.

How Creds enter a wallet

Creds represent confirmed funds added to a wallet or eligible teacher or organisation earnings credited through the platform. They are not awarded for attending sessions, completing courses, referring users, giving ratings or receiving reviews.

Using Creds for a QSquad

QSquad payments use Creds from the applicable wallet. The minimum total QSquad session value is 100 Creds for the whole group, not 100 Creds per learner. For example, a group session value of 100 Creds shared equally by five learners is 20 Creds per learner per session, before any separately applicable charges and Tax. Review the total course commitment, amount reserved and final payment terms before joining.

Account roles and withdrawals

Student and parent wallets are used for supported in-platform payments; students and parents cannot withdraw Creds as cash. Eligible teachers and organisations may request withdrawal of available earnings under the applicable payout and verification rules. A credited balance does not by itself establish payout eligibility or guarantee earnings.

Younger learners

Learners under 18 must register through a valid parent or guardian invitation. From their 18th birthday, learners may register independently without that invitation, subject to other account eligibility requirements. A parent or guardian pays for an under-18 learner's places from the parent or guardian's wallet.

Charges and refunds

Before confirming a transaction, review the Creds amount, any applicable service charges and Tax, and the terms shown for that transaction. Payment, refund and payout eligibility depends on the applicable terms and account requirements. Refund requests and destinations are governed by the applicable Refund Policy; a request does not guarantee approval.

Checking a balance

Check the relevant wallet transaction record. If a top-up, charge, hold, earnings entry or refund appears incorrect, contact Support with its reference, date and amount. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment-card details.
