Creds are not reward points or levels
There are no Creds reward tiers, lifetime reward levels, colour multipliers or activity bonuses.
No Creds rewards programme
edsoQ Creds are payment credits, not reward or rebate points. Creds do not have reward levels, lifetime reward tiers, colour cycles, reward multipliers or activity bonuses. Attendance, referrals, ratings and course completion do not generate Creds rewards.
What determines your Creds balance
A wallet balance reflects applicable confirmed top-ups, eligible platform earnings, payments, holds, refunds, withdrawals and authorised adjustments. One Cred represents AED 1 in reference value. Spending Creds does not affect a reward level because there is no Creds reward-level system.
Profile labels and badges
A profile label, activity badge, colour or rating does not create a right to reward Creds, a better conversion rate, reduced payout charges, scholarships or guaranteed benefits. Such a label is not a guarantee of teaching quality, qualification authenticity, course accreditation, personal behaviour or learning outcomes. Any verification label must be understood according to the specific checks described by edsoQ.
Choosing a provider
Teachers and organisations are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, qualifications, listings, learning materials and teaching. Users are responsible for their own content and conduct. Students and parents should review the provider, syllabus, suitability, schedule, fees and applicable terms before joining. edsoQ does not guarantee teaching quality, accreditation or learning outcomes. These explanations do not remove responsibilities that apply to edsoQ's own platform processes.
Using Creds
Creds from confirmed top-ups or eligible earnings may be used only as permitted by the applicable wallet and payment rules. Students and parents cannot withdraw Creds as cash. Eligible teacher and organisation payouts remain subject to the applicable conditions.
Before confirming a transaction, review the Creds amount, any applicable service charges and Tax, and the terms shown for that transaction. Payment, refund and payout eligibility depends on the applicable terms and account requirements.
