Adding funds and receiving eligible earnings
Creds come from confirmed top-ups or eligible platform earnings, not attendance, referrals or ratings.
Adding funds
Use the available Add funds option for an eligible wallet. Review the payment currency, amount, Creds to be credited, any applicable charges and Tax before confirming. For AED funding, 1 Cred has a reference value of AED 1. An AED 100 example represents 100 Creds before disclosed adjustments; it does not override the minimum top-up shown in the wallet.
Creds are added following confirmed payment. A payment attempt, pending card entry or screenshot is not itself confirmation that funds have been credited. If a payment appears missing or duplicated, check the transaction status and contact Support with the payment reference before attempting another payment.
Teacher and organisation earnings
Eligible teaching or organisation earnings may be credited in Creds under the relevant session and revenue-sharing terms. Pending, reserved or disputed amounts may not be available for withdrawal. Participation does not guarantee enrolments, teaching hours, earnings or payout approval.
Activities that do not generate Creds
Attendance, course completion, referrals, ratings, reviews and achievements do not generate reward Creds. There are no Creds referral bonuses, attendance rebates, reward multipliers or lifetime reward credits.
Role restrictions
Learners under 18 must register through a valid parent or guardian invitation. From their 18th birthday, learners may register independently without that invitation, subject to other account eligibility requirements. A parent or guardian pays for an under-18 learner's places from the parent or guardian's wallet.
Students and parents cannot withdraw Creds as cash. Eligible teachers and organisations may request withdrawals of available earnings, subject to the applicable verification, charges and payout requirements.

Before confirming a transaction, review the Creds amount, any applicable service charges and Tax, and the terms shown for that transaction. Payment, refund and payout eligibility depends on the applicable terms and account requirements.
