Refunds
Refunds go back to your wallet as Creds, recorded as new entries.
If you leave a QSquad before joining closes, or the QSquad is cancelled because it did not reach its minimum enrolment, your hold is released in full and nothing is charged.
Where a refund is due, it goes back to your wallet as Creds. It is recorded as a new transaction that reverses the original, so a refunded payment still appears in your transaction list alongside its reversal. Financial history is never edited or deleted.
