How session fees work

The teacher sets the total group session value from 100 Creds; the enrolled learners share the teaching component.

Group value and learner share

The minimum total teaching-session value is 100 Creds for the group, not 100 per learner. The teaching-session value multiplied by the number of sessions is the group course commitment. The learner's share depends on the participant count at the joining deadline. The maximum reservation, sessions, additional fees, optional items, applicable Tax and final total must be disclosed before confirmation. Tax is shown once in the total; a transaction summary states whether it is included or additional. General website wording does not establish one Tax rate for every country.

Reservation and payment

Joining and ordinary withdrawal close 24 hours before the first session. Before that deadline a learner may leave and the reservation is released under the payment rules. At the deadline, enrolment is assessed and the disclosed share is charged from the hold; any excess hold is released. If minimum enrolment is not met, the QSquad does not proceed and holds are released. After the deadline, students, parents, teachers and organisations cannot make an ordinary cancellation or removal. Safety restrictions, technical incident handling and remedies for non-delivery are separate processes and do not authorise an undisclosed increase in another learner's locked payment.

Example

A 100-Cred group teaching-session value over 10 sessions is a 1,000-Cred group course commitment. With five learners at the lock, the teaching component is 200 Creds each, or 20 per session, before separately applicable fees and Tax. The maximum hold depends on the minimum enrolment shown before joining.

Precision

Review the final payment breakdown and any disclosed rounding adjustment. An equal-share example does not authorise a later undisclosed charge or a hold above the amount accepted.
