Age and registration
A learner under 18 must register through a valid single-use parent or guardian invitation. From the learner’s 18th birthday, independent registration is permitted without that invitation, subject to other account eligibility requirements. A new invited learner is linked to the inviting parent or guardian. Linking an existing account requires the student’s approval before parent access is granted.
Parent authority
Parents and guardians must provide accurate information and have authority to act for the learner. Invitation-based registration is different from requesting access to an existing account. Pending existing-account links disclose no learner information.
Protected learner participation
Under-18 accounts are subject to the applicable communication, discovery, payment and session restrictions. Learners under 18 must not use adult roles to bypass protections. Parents pay for their learning places from the parent wallet. Providers must keep interactions appropriate and use the permitted platform channels.
Prohibited conduct
Grooming, sexual exploitation, threats, bullying, coercion, discriminatory abuse, inappropriate contact and misuse of a child’s information are prohibited. Do not request private contact information, images or off-platform meetings in order to evade safeguards.
Images and recording
Do not record a session while a learner under 18 is present, or record or publish their image, voice, submitted work or personal details without the required authority and lawful basis. Providers and participants must follow session recording restrictions.
Reporting a concern
Use the report option or Support; the public Contact form remains an option for someone unable to sign in. State clearly that a learner under 18 is involved, identify the relevant session or account and avoid redistributing harmful material. Immediate danger should be referred to the appropriate local emergency service; platform support is not an emergency response service.
Handling and limitations
Access or content may be restricted while a concern is considered. Relevant information may be retained and disclosed where necessary and lawful. Actions depend on the circumstances; edsoQ does not guarantee that every harmful interaction will be prevented. Verification does not establish future safety or conduct.

Contact support@edsoq.com or use edsoq.com/contact. Include the relevant account, QSquad, session or transaction reference. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment-card details. A request does not guarantee a particular decision or processing time. Rights and duties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
