Payment Terms

Fees, taxes, supported payment methods and deductions.

Version 5Draft, effective 4 November 2026

edsoQ is operated by [Operator legal entity — to be confirmed], whose registered address is [Registered address — to be confirmed].

Payment unit

Creds are payment credits representing confirmed top-ups or eligible platform earnings. One Cred has a value of USD 0.40. Creds are not reward or rebate points. Attendance, referrals, ratings and course completion do not generate reward Creds. There are no Creds lifetime reward levels or colour multipliers.

Prices and reservations

The minimum total teaching-session value is 100 Creds for the group, not 100 per learner. The teaching-session value multiplied by the number of sessions is the group course commitment. The learner’s share depends on the participant count at the joining deadline. The maximum reservation, sessions, additional fees, optional items, applicable Tax and final total must be disclosed before confirmation. Tax is shown once in the total; a transaction summary states whether it is included or additional. General website wording does not establish one Tax rate for every country.

Confirmation and failed payments

Use a payment method you are authorised to use. Creds funding depends on payment confirmation; a card authorisation or payment attempt does not itself establish a completed credit. If a charge appears missing, duplicated or unauthorised, retain its reference and contact Support or the payment provider as appropriate. A duplicate callback does not authorise duplicate wallet credit.

Joining deadline

Joining and ordinary withdrawal close 24 hours before the first session. Before that deadline a learner may leave and the reservation is released under the payment rules. At the deadline, enrolment is assessed and the disclosed share is charged from the hold; any excess hold is released. If minimum enrolment is not met, the QSquad does not proceed and holds are released. After the deadline, students, parents, teachers and organisations cannot make an ordinary cancellation or removal. Safety restrictions, technical incident handling and remedies for non-delivery are separate processes and do not authorise an undisclosed increase in another learner’s locked payment.

Provider shares

Provider revenue shares are 60% for 1–5 learners, 70% for 6–9, 80% for 10 and 90% for more than 10. Above-10 QSquads are for authorised organisations only; an individual teacher’s QSquad is limited to 10 learners. The provider payment summary must identify the sharing basis, participant-count lock, treatment of Tax and pass-through charges, and any deductions before the provider confirms the arrangement. A revenue share is not a guarantee of bookings, earnings or availability for withdrawal.

Teacher subscription

The Basic teacher subscription is priced in USD: USD 5 per month from 1 July 2027, with no subscription fee through 30 June 2027. Teachers enrol by clicking Subscribe and saving a payment card, including during the free period; card setup is not itself a subscription charge. Plan 2 and Plan 3 are Coming soon and cannot be purchased. Supported local-currency card billing uses the applicable exchange rate. The period, price, Tax, charges and final settlement total are disclosed before confirmation, and a charge requires acceptance of the disclosed price and the applicable authorisation. Subscription billing is separate from Creds wallet funding, session purchases, revenue sharing and withdrawals; the subscription price is not a Creds amount, and saving a subscription card is not a wallet deposit and does not give withdrawal access. There is no teacher deposit. Renewal, cancellation, failed payments and any refund of a subscription payment are described in the subscription terms before any charge.

Withdrawals and charges

Students and parents cannot withdraw Creds as cash. Eligible teachers and organisations may request payout of available earnings under the relevant verification and payment-provider requirements. The current withdrawal service charge is 5% of the amount withdrawn, plus any applicable Tax on that charge. The gross amount, service charge, Tax and net payout are displayed before confirmation. The net payout is paid in US dollars at USD 0.40 per Cred. This is separate from the provider revenue share.

Precision and currencies

The confirmation screen and transaction record must state the amount payable and any permitted rounding or allocation adjustment. No one-unit-per-currency conversion is implied: one Cred is worth USD 0.40, not one US dollar. The teacher subscription is the one price stated in USD, and USD 5 is not 5 Creds. Only enabled payment currencies and methods may be used. Any applicable conversion and charge must be shown before confirmation.

Refunds and disputes

The Refund Policy applies to QSquad cancellations, non-delivery and payment errors. Ordinary wallet withdrawal restrictions do not exclude remedies that must be provided for an incorrect or unauthorised card payment or under applicable law. No fixed payment-provider processing time is guaranteed.

Questions and requests

Contact support@edsoq.com or use edsoq.com/contact. Include the relevant account, QSquad, session or transaction reference. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment-card details. A request does not guarantee a particular decision or processing time. Rights and duties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
