Meaning and value
Creds are payment credits representing confirmed top-ups or eligible platform earnings. One Cred has a value of USD 0.40. Creds are not reward or rebate points. Attendance, referrals, ratings and course completion do not generate reward Creds. There are no Creds lifetime reward levels or colour multipliers.
Top ups and earnings
Use only the supported funding methods for an eligible wallet. A top-up is credited after payment confirmation; eligible earnings are credited under the applicable session and provider terms. One Cred is worth USD 0.40; it does not mean one unit of any currency. A top-up is paid in US dollars at that value, or in another supported currency converted at the latest daily reference rate edsoQ holds (the European Central Bank’s, or a currency’s own fixed rate to the US dollar), with the amount rounded up to the smallest unit of that currency. The amount charged, the rate and the rate’s date are shown before you pay and kept on your receipt; you receive exactly the Creds shown. Your card issuer may apply its own charges.
Learning payments
The minimum total teaching-session value is 100 Creds for the group, not 100 per learner. The teaching-session value multiplied by the number of sessions is the group course commitment. The learner’s share depends on the participant count at the joining deadline. The maximum reservation, sessions, additional fees, optional items, applicable Tax and final total must be disclosed before confirmation. Tax is shown once in the total; a transaction summary states whether it is included or additional. General website wording does not establish one Tax rate for every country.
Balances and precision
Available, reserved, pending, restricted and withdrawable amounts serve different purposes. The payment summary and record must disclose the amount charged and any permitted rounding or allocation adjustment. Do not assume that displayed whole-number examples establish the precision used for every calculation.
Role restrictions
A learner under 18 must register through a valid single-use parent or guardian invitation. From the learner’s 18th birthday, independent registration is permitted without that invitation, subject to other account eligibility requirements. A new invited learner is linked to the inviting parent or guardian. Linking an existing account requires the student’s approval before parent access is granted. Student and parent balances cannot be withdrawn as cash. Eligible teachers and organisations may request withdrawal of available earnings under the payout conditions. Unsupported transfers, resale or unauthorised exchanges of Creds are not permitted.
No reward benefits
There are no Creds referral bonuses, attendance rewards, lifetime reward tiers, colour multipliers or reward-based fee waivers. An activity badge does not create a right to Creds, a different conversion rate or guaranteed scholarship funding.
Refunds and corrections
Approved transaction reversals and adjustments must relate to the original transaction and applicable policy. Ordinary QSquad refunds return to the paying wallet in Creds; payment errors and mandatory remedies may require different handling. A refund request does not guarantee approval.
Questions and requests
Contact support@edsoq.com or use edsoq.com/contact. Include the relevant account, QSquad, session or transaction reference. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment-card details. A request does not guarantee a particular decision or processing time. Rights and duties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
