Version 2Draft, effective 16 October 2026
edsoQ is operated by [Operator legal entity — to be confirmed], whose registered address is [Registered address — to be confirmed].
Content covered
This policy covers profiles, QSquad descriptions, courses, learning materials, posts, reviews, messages, images, recordings and other material submitted through edsoQ.
Ownership and permissions
Users retain ownership of content they own. They must have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to upload, share or teach it. The platform licence in the Terms permits hosting, display, delivery and other processing necessary for the chosen service; it does not transfer ownership to edsoQ.
Accuracy and provider responsibility
Teachers and organisations are independently responsible for their profiles, qualifications, affiliations, listings, materials, teaching delivery and conduct. Each user is responsible for their own content and behaviour. Learners and parents should review suitability, syllabus, schedule, price and relevant credentials before joining. edsoQ does not guarantee teaching quality, every user statement, accreditation, future conduct or learning outcomes. edsoQ remains responsible for its own platform processes and any duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Credentials and verification
Verification refers only to the particular checks described for that verification process. Reviewing a submitted identity document, licence or certificate is not the same as confirming every statement with an issuer. Verification is not accreditation, a quality rating, an assurance of authorisation in every jurisdiction or a guarantee of future conduct. Providers must keep submitted details current and must not describe an edsoQ badge as official educational approval.
Restricted content
Do not post deceptive accreditation or outcome claims, forged qualifications, confidential information, infringing material, fabricated reviews, exploitative content or material prohibited by the Community Guidelines. Disclose sponsored or materially altered content when necessary to avoid deception.
Reporting, rights and removal
Report the exact content URL, right or rule involved and enough information to assess the concern. Do not publish private information as evidence. Content may be restricted or removed under applicable rules; a report does not guarantee removal. An affected user may submit a response or request review.
Private content and deletion
Use permitted audience controls, but do not assume that recipients cannot copy content they can access. Deletion may not remove independent recipient copies or records retained for necessary security, dispute or legal purposes.
Questions and requests
Contact support@edsoq.com or use edsoq.com/contact. Include the relevant account, QSquad, session or transaction reference. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment-card details. A request does not guarantee a particular decision or processing time. Rights and duties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
