Accessibility Statement

The accessibility support edsoQ offers and how to ask for help.

Version 1Draft, effective 16 October 2026

edsoQ is operated by [Operator legal entity — to be confirmed], whose registered address is [Registered address — to be confirmed].

Using edsoQ

edsoQ provides website access to learning discovery and supported account features. Accessibility can vary by feature, browser, device and third-party service; this statement does not certify conformance to a particular accessibility standard.

Finding assistance

If a page, form, session control or document is difficult to use, contact Support or use the public Contact form. Identify the page, task, device, browser and barrier. Describe the assistance or alternative format you need without sharing unnecessary medical details.

Forms and navigation

Use the available field labels, keyboard controls, page headings and account help. Report a missing label, inaccessible error message, blocked keyboard action, insufficient contrast or unreadable document with the affected location.

Learning materials and providers

Teachers and organisations are responsible for the materials and learning activities they provide. Ask the provider about the format, teaching language, captions, resources or other suitability requirements before joining. A listing does not guarantee that every individual requirement can be met.

Third-party features

Payment, video, browser and device features may have separate accessibility settings and support. Check those settings where relevant. A third-party limitation is not permission to disclose a learner’s private information or bypass required account safeguards.

Requests and feedback

Requests are assessed according to the relevant feature, available options and circumstances. No particular accommodation, fix date or response time is guaranteed by this statement; applicable rights remain unaffected.

Questions and requests

Contact support@edsoq.com or use edsoq.com/contact. Include the relevant account, QSquad, session or transaction reference. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment-card details. A request does not guarantee a particular decision or processing time. Rights and duties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
