Permitted participation
Use edsoQ for lawful learning, teaching, discovery and related communication under the Terms and Community Guidelines. Use a role only for the permissions granted to you.
Account honesty
Do not impersonate someone, forge identity or licence evidence, misstate an affiliation or use another person’s account without authority. Do not bypass age, invitation, role, verification or payment restrictions.
Prohibited misuse
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, groom, discriminate, distribute unlawful sexual material, expose private information or facilitate fraud. Do not spam users, manipulate reviews or enrolments, create fake activity or interfere with another user’s access.
Payments and security
Do not use unauthorised payment methods, evade charges, manipulate refunds or balances, exploit software, scrape restricted information or distribute malicious code. Report a suspected vulnerability privately without disclosing other users’ information.
Provider and learner duties
Teachers and organisations are independently responsible for their profiles, qualifications, affiliations, listings, materials, teaching delivery and conduct. Each user is responsible for their own content and behaviour. Learners and parents should review suitability, syllabus, schedule, price and relevant credentials before joining. edsoQ does not guarantee teaching quality, every user statement, accreditation, future conduct or learning outcomes. edsoQ remains responsible for its own platform processes and any duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Reports and enforcement
Use available reporting tools or Support. Depending on the circumstances, content or features may be restricted, content removed, or access suspended or terminated. Measures depend on the evidence, potential harm and applicable rules; reports do not guarantee a particular outcome. Affected users may request review and provide relevant information.

Contact support@edsoq.com or use edsoq.com/contact. Include the relevant account, QSquad, session or transaction reference. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment-card details. A request does not guarantee a particular decision or processing time. Rights and duties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
